Daria teaches Yoga as an embodied experience through creative Vinyasa and the conscious breath. Her practices invite you to be more aware of your body and reconnect with yourself again. An invitation to be present in the moment and only focus on yourself again - for your body, mind & soul.
This retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore your inner balance.
Through a combination of movement, mindfulness, and rest, you’ll create space for real transformation.
You can look forward to:
• Daily yoga sessions (morning & evening)
• Meditation & breathwork & sound
• Time to relax, explore, and recharge (explore the beach)
• A small, like-minded group (max. 10 people)
• Massage or guided hike for an additional charge.
